WhereDidItGo looks ahead at your bills, paydays and savings, and tells you, or the two of you, what you can spend today without running short before payday.
No card needed. Your data is stored in the EU.
The next 15 days
An example household, worked out by the same engine the app uses. Spend €37 a day and you reach the €40 buffer the day before payday, to the cent.
Your month
What's in your account, when you're paid, and what's already promised before then. It's the same calculation the app runs.
Connect your bank and this number keeps itself up to date.
Invite the person you share money with. You both see every account, every bill and every goal, and when one of you spends, the number changes for both. On your own? It's simply your number.
One subscription covers the household. Every transaction shows who added it.
Sanne spends €62 at Albert Heijn. Both of them now see €33 a day, not €37.
The next morning
Banks send shop names like a barcode. Say once that Albert Heijn is groceries and every visit after that files itself, whoever paid. Your own rules always come first.
ALBERT HEIJN 1043 AMSTERDAM NLDAlbert Heijn is always Groceries now. One rule for the whole household. It runs before anything else does.
ALBERT HEIJN 2231 UTRECHT NLDFiledYour finances are the most private numbers you have. Here is exactly where they live, who can see them, and how you take them with you.
The app and its database run in Google Cloud's Belgian region. Your accounts, transactions and settings are kept there.
You connect through Salt Edge, an open-banking provider. You sign in at your own bank, and we get read-only access to the accounts you choose. Nothing here can move money.
Access lasts as long as your bank allows, 180 days at most, and then your bank asks you again. Disconnect a bank and the permission is revoked at the provider straight away.
Each household's data is separated inside the database itself, not only in our code. A query that forgets to filter returns nothing, never someone else's money.
Export every transaction as a CSV on any plan, including after you cancel. Your history stays yours.
Your own rules always run first. Standard has no AI at all, and on Premium it's one switch to turn off. When it's on, it sees a shop name and an amount. Never your name, your balance or your bank.
No trackers, no ads, no third-party scripts on this page. Your browser can confirm it: every request this page makes goes to this site.
Most money apps tell you where it went. WhereDidItGo tells you where it’s going: every bill before it leaves, every payday before it lands, and one number you can trust on a Tuesday afternoon in a shop.
It was designed by someone who runs company finances for a living and wanted the same clarity at home. Calm screens, sums you can check, nothing to decode.
Not per person: every plan includes the people you share money with, and bank connections are included on every plan.
Every household starts with 7 days of Premium.
No card needed. Bring the person you share money with; the trial includes 5 people.

If a plan ends, the app closes but your data stays. You can still sign in, export everything, and pick up where you left off by choosing a plan.
In the EU. The app and its database run in Google Cloud’s Belgian region. Bank connections go through Salt Edge, the open-banking provider that reads your bank on our behalf.
No to both. You sign in at your own bank, never here, and the access your bank grants is read-only: balances and transactions. It ends on its own after at most 180 days, and you can revoke it sooner from your accounts page.
No. An account name and today’s balance are enough for the forecast to work, and you can import a CSV from your bank instead. Connecting one just keeps everything up to date without typing.
Yes. Everyone starts as a household of one, and it works the same way. If you share money with someone later, invite them and they see the same numbers you do.
You share one set of books. You both see every account, bill, budget and goal, and every transaction shows who added it. There are no private corners and no read-only partner, and removing someone never deletes the history you built together.
Only on Premium, only for shops your own rules haven’t answered yet, and only a shop name and an amount. Never your name, balance or bank. It’s one switch in settings to turn it off, and Standard has no AI at all.
After 7 days the app closes until you choose a plan, but nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, export everything, and pick up exactly where you left off. Choose a plan before then and the first payment still waits for the day the trial ends.
Any time, on any plan, including after you cancel. Every transaction exports as a CSV, filtered the same way as the screen you’re looking at.
